Warcom Machines powered by Metalix Fully Integrated Solution

Brianzatende (BT Group), historically an Italian brand name since 1954, is a leader in the production of items for protection from the sun such as: awnings, sails, and pergolas.
Recently they have decided to internally produce sheet metal components for their product lines in the production area of 7,000 square meters. The incorporation of Warcom Fiber Laser W.FIBER 3015-3kw and Warcom Press Brake LOGICA 2050-80 machines to their production lines has allowed Brianzatende to achieve the desired results.

Brianzatende has chosen Metalix as their machine’s software.
After designing all of production parts with SolidWorks, the designs are sent, via CADLink, to AutoNest and cncKad for laser cutting and to MBend for bending; the same deduction calculation is used. The transfer of SolidWorks parts does not require manual manipulation since all information; such as material and thickness, is automatically imported from SolidWorks to Metalix software.
